On October 10, 2025, Shindaro Vehicle Co., Ltd. (formerly Wucheng County Dalu Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd.) officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art manufacturing base, relocating entirely to its modern facility in Wucheng County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. This milestone signifies a pivotal advancement in Shindaro’s growth within the specialized vehicle manufacturing sector.

This relocation to the new factory represents a significant strategic upgrade for Shindaro over its decade-long history.The new facility occupies a total site area of 50 acres, with 50,000 square meters of standardized production workshops, along with modern assembly lines, an R&D and testing center, an intelligent warehousing and logistics zone, and a comprehensive office complex. The project focuses on expanding production capacity for core products such as non-road tourism vehicles, golf carts, and electric patrol vehicles. Upon completion, the company's annual production capacity will reach 30,000 units, with enhanced production efficiency, product quality, and delivery capabilities, enabling it to better meet the rapidly growing demands of both domestic and international markets.

Chairman Li Xianhui of Shindaro stated: "The commissioning of the new factory premises marks a significant milestone in the company's development. Since its establishment in 2015, Shindaro has specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of non-road special vehicles, with its products exported to numerous countries and regions including the USA, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
